Liquid Cracking Catalyst is AngelstechGroup`s Patent Protected (Patent Pending) Proprietary Invention which is registered with;
UK IPO (Intellectual Property Office): Patent Application Number: 1702496.9 and PDAS (Priority Document Access Service at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) as World Patent Organization) also Worldwide protected patent because of Paris Convention, article 2, clauses; 1 and 2.

Residual Oils such as Atmospheric Distillation Residue, Vacuum Distillation Residue, Used Lubricant Re-Refining Residue, Heavy Oils, FT Wax, IFO 380 and HFO 380 can be cracked into High Value Products such as Naphtha, Diesel (D2, Marine Gas Oil), Petro Coke and Tail Gas.
Sulfur levels of Heavy Residues also will be decreased by 85% in Final Products (Naphtha and Diesel).
Product specifications and yields may vary accorrding to feedstock.
Profit Margin is $ 150 to $ 200 per Metric Ton of Feedstock.
Profitability is not affected by fluctuation of oil prices since both Feedstock Heavy Oil and Product Fuel prices also change accordingly.

Used Lubricant Re-Refining Residue Sample is tested with TGA using 0.1% by weight Liquid Cracking Catalyst.
Heating Rate is 10 ⁰C/min. Cracking Activation Temperature is 320 ⁰C.
Production Yield is composed of 8% Gas , 85 % Liquid , 7 % Pero Coke.
Cracking reaction takes place between 320 - 475 ⁰C.
Long Chain Alkens are mostly cracked down to Shorter Chain of straight and branched alkens, alkenes.
Cyclic and Aromatic Compounds are also mostly cracked down to Branched Hydrocarbons.
Cracking reaction can be caried out under atmospheric pressure without need of hydrogen, corrosive byproducts and ecessesive heating.
Moderate reaction conditions do not require expensive reactors and equipment like Hydrocrackers which means decrease of investment cost drastically.
